  • We offer a variety of high-quality hair types, including 100% raw human hair, Brazilian, Peruvian, and Malaysian textures. Our wigs and extensions come in various styles such as straight, wavy, and curly to match your desired look.

  • All orders are processed usually within 24 hours, however please allow for up 1-3 business days- processing time in cases of high order volume, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

    Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. For international orders, shipping may take 7-10 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made wigs are non-refundable or exchangeable. See our Return Policy for full details.

  • To ensure longevity and maintain the quality of your hair:

    • Gently wash your extensions or wigs with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.

    • Air dry or use a low-heat blow dryer.

    • Store your wigs and extensions properly in a satin or silk bag to prevent tangling and damage.
